SHAMELESS
I was gonna write ‘only in America’ as the caption to this photo but sadly that’s not so true anymore. Heading home on Hwy 400 I passed Outdoor World in Vaughan for the second time. The thought that ‘outdoorsy’ people buy from a place like that… it’s worth going into if you want a good kick-in-the-nuts-reminder of how far gone the human species is... that so many people are convinced they need all that high tech junk and weaponry to enjoy the great outdoors... absurd.

"a proud canadian" agh. damn, well, i still hope there are still true reasons for a canadian to be proud of something, other than a rack full of guns. oh but there are always the people walking away from such places, and my final art history essay was on how art is effective; starring 'born into brothels,' of course the famous Winking Circle.
oh i agree aaron; there are still people who don't shop at such places. It’s just such a shock for those of us who don't. who don't shop at wal mart. who don't watch tv. When you walk though those big box stores or turn it on for the first time it's hard to comprehend why so many people buy this crap. You know what, I'm not gonna get worked up about it. I don't want this site to become a treadmill for my rants. This is the winking circle news site; from now on you'll see posts showcasing the eccentrification of the world! Hey do you still have that picture of the burnt down McDonalds?
